RTCS Customer Support Services (CSS) is the destination for customers who call 866.230.1307 or email Support@TrustedCS.com with an inquiry, problem, or an idea. RTCS’ CSS team of Engineers actively listens to the inquiries, problems, and ideas from our customers and, in most cases, initiates a dual path action plan. First and foremost, we resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible. Additionally, the team captures, documents, and communicates each customer interaction for effective knowledge transfer to the rest of the organization. This input may be used to identify product or workflow requirements, identify new product development opportunities, or add improvements to the overall customer experience.
Our most important CSS initiative for 2012 is developing a stronger customer communication sharing plan. Building that plan begins with listening to our customers. Hearing from our user community provides valuable input for increasing our understanding of the business problems our customers face, helps us continue to deliver products and services that enhance the user experience, and ultimately solve mission critical information sharing needs.
