Training
Trusted Computer Solutions (TCS) offers a comprehensive curriculum that provides the skills and knowledge needed to leverage basic information security concepts and TCS high-assurance solutions. These curricula are available onsite, via Computer Based Training (CBT), or in the TCS learning center. TCS offers distinct role-based learning paths to address the needs of the various security roles within an organization.
TCS training is available in standard curriculum packages or through curriculum customized to customer-specific requirements. Security Awareness training provides a general overview of security concepts and practices and can be presented to employees at multiple skill levels.
The standard technical training focuses on the use and administration of TCS products. Administrator training provides more in-depth security curricula for system administrators responsible for daily security operations. User training enables end-users of all experience levels to be productive and comfortable with TCS high-assurance solutions.
TCS training is delivered through:
Onsite and TCS learning center classroom training with seminar and hands-on aspects — Students learn high-assurance concepts and administrative role-based functions on systems configured to mirror a specified operational environment. In addition, they gain insight to enterprise-level management of high-assurance solutions.
Computer Based Training — TCS provides role-based CBT for selected products. End-user CBT enables even entry-level staff to rapidly become productive using TCS products. It is a cost-effective, standard solution for customers with a high staff turnover rate.
