SecureOffice® Trusted Gateway System™ (TGS)
Civilian, Intelligence, and Defense agencies require immediate access to critical data housed on diverse networks and maintained by dispersed agencies in support of their missions to fight terrorism and other threats to national security. SecureOffice® Trusted Gateway System™ (TGS) is the premiere commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) guard transfer solution to address this problem.
To protect our nation’s security, information and data are often created on one network (i.e., a high-side network), but need to be securely transferred to another network (i.e., a lower domain) for use by another agency or organization. To effectively respond to threats, agencies often need to securely move large quantities of data or information from one level to another. This information can include imagery, maps, documents, and databases and must be moved quickly and securely to prevent viruses and network intrusions from entering the networks. Critical data must be disseminated between networks or domains to the right people, while keeping it secure and preventing the unintended release of sensitive information.
The TGS provides two methods to seamlessly move mission critical data from any level to any level, allowing many high or many low destinations, in a secure and expedient manner.
Rapid bulk transfer from/to multiple, defined high- and low-side destinations all at varying security levels is generally used when transferring large quantities of files from low to higher-level classified networks without the need for human interaction.
A simple workflow process that guides users through each transfer, while enforcing the Reliable (two-person) Human Review (RHR) process. TGS also supports a “quick release” workflow that automates the release process for file or text and can be used as a secure chat mechanism - where permitted by site security policy.
