Rafael Babilonia as Vice President, Business Development
Company Expands Services Offerings across Broad Areas Including Custom

HERNDON, Va., Mar. 30, 2005 — Trusted Computer Solutions, Inc. (TCS), a leading supplier of secure information sharing technologies to the Department of Defense, the intelligence community and commercial industry, today announced it has appointed Rafael Babilonia as vice president, business development. In this newly created position, Babilonia will oversee the expansion of the company’s consulting, custom application development and professional services businesses.

Babilonia will focus on expanding TCS’ professional services and consulting organization, including the company’s expert security certification and accreditation (C&A) support group.
Babilonia brings more than 18 years experience in business development as well as strategic and innovative value creation for major agencies within the Federal Government. Prior to joining TCS, he served as president, business development for Spectrum Solutions Group, where he was responsible for gaining significant contract awards from the Department of Labor and the Department of Homeland Security among others. Prior to that, Babilonia’s experience included product companies such as Oracle and systems integrators such as EDS.

Babilonia’s previous positions include having served as General Manager for Candle Corporation, where he built and led a world-class sales team targeting civilian and military organizations. He also worked at Oracle Corporation, where he led aggressive business development strategies to position major contracts with the United States Postal Service and the Small Business Administration. At EDS Babilonia served as Director Business Development and was responsible for expanding all business opportunities with the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
Trusted Computer Solutions Certification and Accreditation Group (TCS C&A Group)
Comprised of recognized experts in the high-assurance security field, the TCS C&A group has successfully helped accredit many of the world’s most complex solutions.
