Vice President of Product Development

Industry Veteran Brings 25+ Years of Technical Product Development Experience to Executive Management Team

 

HERNDON, Va., October 2, 2006 — Trusted Computer Solutions, Inc. (TCS), a leading supplier of multi-level security and cross-domain information sharing applications for government and industry, today announced the appointment of Doug Hartman to Vice President of Product Development. In this position, Hartman will oversee product strategy and development to provide organizations with superior solutions for protecting and sharing vital information between different security levels without compromising security.

Prior to joining Trusted Computer Solutions, Hartman spent the last four years at Reston, Virginia-based Digital Harbor Inc. serving as the Vice President of Product Development. In this role, he managed a development team of 40+ engineers to successfully bring to market new releases of enterprise Java systems software. Previously, Hartman held several other technical management positions at Proxicom, Citibank and OSF, the Open Software Foundation. He began his career at Hewlett-Packard, where he worked for 10 years.

Hartman received his Bachelor of Science degree in computer engineering from the University of Michigan and his Masters degree in computer science from Stanford University.
