Program Manager

Location: Herndon, VA with travel to customer sites as needed

Provide technical leadership on a large Government program. Manage a project team of engineers of RTCS staff and subcontractors. Must be self-motivated, highly organized, and able to multitask. Technical team leadership and management experience required with a strong technical background, the ability to interact with customers, and team management skills.

Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Security Clearance: Active TS SCI clearance required.

Traveling Integrator

Location: Herndon, VA with travel to customer sites as needed

Pre & Post Sales Engineer supporting Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) and terminal services environments for optimal integration with RTCS' commercial products at RTCS and customer facilities. Must have strong Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, network design/implementation, trouble shooting, application integration, and performance tuning skills. UNIX and/or Linux Experience a plus.

A minimum of 50% out of state travel required.

Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Sr. Information Assurance Engineer

Location: Herndon, VA with travel to customer sites as needed

Must have strong client-facing, interpersonal, writing, and technical skills. This candidate will support the design and implementation of security architectures for large scale, cross-organizational systems, and enterprise security services. Experience in UNIX/Linux, Certification & Accreditation, and Information Assurance a MUST.

Sr. Integrator

Location: Herndon, VA with travel to customer sites as needed

6+ years of experience with product integration, testing, training, and product deployment as well as supporting components for a customer in Washington, DC. Must be able to apply Engineering skills to an enterprise scale deployment. Knowledge of Solaris or Linux System Administration and networking and Apache Server Administration is a MUST. Must have mature customer management and communication skills. Webmaster experience is a plus.
