Customer Service Analyst
Location: Herndon, VA
The Customer Service Analyst will be a self-starter with 3+ years experience in a customer-facing role and experience in a UNIX/Linux environment. The candidate should also have some IT-network related experience.
This position requires that the successful candidate have experience in customer facing support and to have enthusiasm to contribute in areas to build the customer support environment, the position will require some product verification testing and provide resource to IT for RTCS network challenges.
Education: Bachelors Degree in a technical related area.
