VP Finance
Location: Herndon, VA
The VP Finance will provide leadership and coordination of company financial and accounting policies, tax and regulatory requirements, financial systems and processes, ongoing financial modeling, annual business plan, monthly company report package, pricing committee, assist with sales transition structuring from SOP 97-2 perspective, and interface with corporate accounting/finance functions.
Develop regular reporting and analysis, including key metrics reports, and conduct ad hoc financial analysis as required. Oversee the continuous improvement of financial processes and the development of the team with the goal to achieve best practices and optimal output. Provide coaching, guidance and support, and set professional development plans to assist employees to reach their full potential through the performance management process.
Education: Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred.
