Paul Livingston, President, Accokeek Research and Engineering, Inc.

Paul Livingston has over 45 years of experience in both the US Department of Defense (DOD) and the US Intelligence Community (IC) in a variety of operational and executive roles. He joined Accokeek Research and Engineering in May 2008, after retiring from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), where his final assignment was as Director, Unified Cross Domain Management Office. This unique organization is a joint DOD and IC office with jurisdiction over all cross domain activities in both DOD and the IC, setting policy, technical and operational standards, as well as, coordinating the efforts of service and agency cross domain offices.

Both as a serving Army Intelligence officer, and later as a member of the Intelligence Community he worked at the nexus of policy, technology and operations. In his role with Accokeek Research and Engineering, Paul provides strategic insight and operational advice in a variety of technology related areas, including information assurance, technical security and technical operations to US Government organizations and commercial partners.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Operational Research and Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
